Sweet Soy Ribs
If you need some Father’s Day weekend meal ideas, I’m sure every dad appreciates some meat. And it doesn’t get any easier than these ribs made with @abcsauces! I marinated them overnight with their Sweet Soy Sauce and minced garlic before baking and slathered with additional sauce at the end while broiling to get them nice and caramely. You can also grill them! I love that the sauce was well balanced and not too sweet. It didn’t need much else. I can totally see myself adding this sauce to other recipes for a sweet kick. I’m a sucker for a good hassle free time saver 🤩

Ingredients (3 Servings)
2 LB. RIBS
1 1/2 CUPS @abcsauces SWEET SOY SAUCE
1 TSP GARLIC, MINCED
*Optional: you can cut into riblets or leave the rack whole.
Instructions
Add sauce, garlic and ribs to a ziplock bag and toss well. Leave in refrigerator overnight.
Set oven* to 275 degrees, discard marinade and add ribs on a foil lined pan and cover tightly with foil. Cook for 2 hours.
Remove the foil cover and brush a liberal amount of additional sauce all over. Set oven to broil for 5 minutes until sauce gets sticky.
*You can grill these on the BBQ if preferred
