Silken Tofu w/ Spicy Soy Sauce and Scallions

 
 

This barely 5 minute cold tofu side is one of my favorite compliments to cold soba noodles for a WFH lunch.

Recipe

Ingredients (2 Servings)

1 (14 OZ) BLOCK SILKEN TOFU
1/4 CUP SOY SAUCE
1 TBSP RICE VINEGAR
1 TBSP SESAME OIL
1 TBSP CHILE OIL
2 TSP SUGAR
TOASTED SESAME SEEDS
2 GREEN ONIONS, SLICED (SEPARATE WHITE AND GREEN PARTS)

Instructions

Heat soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, chili oil, sugar and white parts of onion and mix to combine for a minute. Let cool.

Carefully remove tofu from package and place on a plate. Pour mixture on top and garnish with sesame seeds and green onion.
