Ingredients (4 Servings)
1 HEAD OF BROCCOLI FLORETS
HANDFUL OF WHOLE GARLIC CLOVES
SEA SALT
LEMON JUICE
CRUSHED RED PEPPER
EVOO
Instructions
Heat oil in a pan (I like using my cast iron for an extra sear) and add broccoli and saute until browned. Add garlic cloves and a generous amount of lemon juice and cover and cook on medium high for 3-5 minutes. Sprinkle salt and red pepper flakes and toss until coated.
