Garlic Noodles (Mì Xào Tỏi)

 
 

Don’t let the simplistic appearance of this dish fool you. These garlicky noodles are packed with super savory flavors. It goes well with crab, shrimp or lobster but tbh I’m content eat it as is. It’s such a breeze to make and totally addicting.

Recipe

Ingredients (6-8 Servings)

16 OZ DRIED CANTON NOODLES
2 TBSP FISH SAUCE
2 TBSP OYSTER SAUCE
2 TBSP MAGGI SEASONING
2 TBSP SUGAR
8 TBSP BUTTER
1/2 CUP OF GARLIC, FINELY CHOPPED

Instructions

Cook noodles according to package. Set aside.

Mix fish sauce, oyster sauce, Maggi, and sugar in a bowl.

Heat butter in a wok and add garlic and cook until softened. Add noodles and sauce. Toss to coat well. Cooking for a few minutes until sauce is combined.
