Chicken Meatballs with Marinara Sauce
Fridays are usually my lazy cooking days. Amelia gets to choose her breakfast, we order food, or I scrape my freezer and fridge for whatever I can find because I haven’t gone to the market and throw together a random meal like this one. And I use my Instant Pot, of course.

Ingredients (3 Servings)
1 LB GROUND CHICKEN
1/2 CUP FLOUR
1 TSP SALT
1 TSP ONION POWDER
1 TSP GARLIC POWDER
1 TSP DRIED PARSLEY
1/2 TSP DRIED OREGANO
1/2 TSP PEPPER
12 OZ MARINARA SAUCE
1/4 CUP WATER
Instructions
Combine the chicken, flour and seasonings and form them into 1 inch meatballs. Add marinara sauce and water into the instant pot and drop the meatballs in. Set to cook on high pressure for 5 minutes. When it’s ready, release the pressure and serve with whatever sides you desire (or whatever you have left in your pantry 😜).
