Boiled Chicken (Gà Luộc)

Chúc Mừng Năm Mới!🧧

I took a mini break for about a month from posting and it was nice, but now I have a backlog of recipes to share starting with this simple Vietnamese dish that is commonly served during Lunar New Year. It symbolizes abundance and prosperity.

A meaningful phrase my family would say while passing out red envelopes (lì xì) was: I wish you good health, happiness and that things will go according to your will. And in honor of the year of the tiger, I hope you 2022 also brings you courage, bravery and strength 🐯
